Pregnancy Physiotherapy treatments are hands-on and include massage therapy, muscle re-conditioning, manual stretching and where necessary, advice on preventative exercises and stretches. We have a customised pregnancy table to accommodate expanding tummies that allows you to comfortably and safely lie on your front.
