Postnatal Pilates - for Mums & Bubs
We encourage you to bring your baby along as classes are designed to benefit you both. In addition to the Pilates exercises designed to help you get back into shape, we show you resistance exercises you can perform with your baby. For your baby's wellbeing, we cover both baby massage and stretching and strengthening exercises to assist with your baby's relaxation, wind pain, digestion and physical development.
